Oree Williams

Executive Director

Oree Williams III joined The Harbor at Douglasville team as Executive Director in November 2024, bringing with him over 15 years’ experience in the senior living industry. Driven by the inspiration of Dr. King to be the light in the darkness and to drive out hate with love, Oree hopes to foster a community where each resident is reminded daily of their unique values.

Originally from Tuskegee, Alabama, Oree attended Talladega Collage, receiving his degree in Social Work. He then completed his Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Gerontology from Clark Atlanta University, and fell in love with the Atlanta area. Upon moving into the senior living industry, Oree received his Assisted Living Administrator’s license from the State of Georgia.

Oree loves to spend time with his family and ‘best friend,’ Deuce the Labrador. He enjoys listening to music of all genres, playing basketball and trying to play golf, and he will take every opportunity to watch the Alabama Crimson Tide play. He is passionate about helping people and his church family, which he considers an extension to his family. Oree currently serves as a Eucharistic Minister and Acolyte for the Archdiocese of Atlanta and is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.
